House Rules

- Quiet Hours: 9:00 pm – 10:00 am
- Guests do not have access to the garage or master closet – monitored by security system at all times.

During your stay there are many amenities at your disposal. We hope to answer any questions you may have and give you guidance. That way all you have to think about is how to best relax.
Door Locks
The Front and Back door are equipped with electronic locking systems. The code will be the last 4 digits of the registered guest's phone number. This code will work for both doors.
Smart TV
Please enjoy our 75" 4k tv. Live Tv is available and a multitude of applications that guest are welcome to log into during their stay.
Just remember to log out before you end your stay, if you forget to do this, please let us know.
Nest Thermostat
Our home is equipped with a Wifi Nest Thermostat. This video will walk you through how to use the thermostat.
Please remember that home AC units can only decrease the in home temperature within 20 degrees of the outside temperature.
Please be respectful to our equipment as overuse may cause the system to fail, leaving you uncomfortable.
Your Morning Coffee
For your first morning with us, enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and breakfast.
Parking
- It is preferred that guest park behind the house. This will give give the homeowners access to the garage main door as needed.
- Please do not park or drive in the restricted areas as shown on the map.
- Never park on the street
